Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. An exchange or replacement will be offered for faulty items ( except in times of sales. If any items bought have a fault and the store is offering a store wide sale, your item will be sent to the supplier for an exchange of the item. The item will not be refunded or exchanged for sale goods ) 

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase if the item is in brand new/unused condition with the tags attached. A receipt must be presented at time of exchange. To exchange an online order please contact us on (02) 4943 7030 or email us

Please note return shipping for exchanges are at the customers expense and these are not covered by Apple Seed Kids

Price Matching

Apple Seed Kids is a small business and we do price match as much as we can, to do this we ask the below conditions are met:

  • The item must be in stock with both us and the competitor and must be able to be verified at the time of enquiry.
  • The item must be identical in colour, size, brand etc.
  • If we are price matching an online store, postage costs must be included.
  • We do not price match against floor or display stock.
  • We do not price match against advertising errors or misprints.
  • We do not price match discontinued lines, liquidators or online auction sites such as Ebay.
  • We do not price match special orders or items currently on layby or order.
  • No further discounts apply on price matching.

These terms and conditions are subject to change and can be altered at any time.

Postage and Shipping Fees

At Apple Seed Kids we try to keep shipping simple! Here's what you can expect:

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $200, with the exception of prams. Unfortunately these products are quite bulky and costly to send, so we're not able to offer free shipping on prams.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $12 Australia wide for all orders under $200. Prams

Our flat rate shipping for single prams is $30 Australia wide.

If your order is for two or more prams (or duo kits) our flat rate is $60 Australia wide.

Our shipping carrier is Australia Post for standard orders and FastWay Couriers for heavy shipping.

We will always register your parcel and provide tracking information and an estimated delivery date once posted.

What are your hours of trading?

We are open from 10am - 4pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 9am - 1pm Friday & Saturday. Closed Sunday & Monday.

Our web store is open 24/7

You can contact us via our Facebook page and we will respond as soon as possible.

As we are a small business owned by a mum of three little ones, we do from time to time have things pop up and may have to close the store unexpectedly. We do place notices up on our Facebook page to let our customers know if this happens.

How long will it take for you to receive your online order?

Most items we have in stock. We have a courier pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday just before lunchtime. If your order comes in after this time or not one one of these days it will be sent with the next pick up, unless you choose to have it express posted.

If we need to order your items in you will receive an email from us giving you a time frame of the expected delivery for that item.

Please note that Bugaboo prams can be up to a 2 - 3 week delivery time frame

After Pay

After Pay is an interest free payment plan option that is available for orders up to $1,000.

To use After Pay you simply need to:

  1. Select After Pay on check out
  2. Choose the credit card or debit card you wish to use for repayments
  3. Pay for your order in four equal payments over sixty days
To be eligible for After Pay you must have a credit or debit card, be over 18 and live in Australia. The funds for your first payment must be available on your credit/debit card at time of purchase. If you wish to return your items you can simply return through the normal process and you will be refunded through Afterpay.

Please note: if you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions.

Do you Layby?

YES!!!!!! If you need longer to pay than After Pay offers, we can layby your order for you.

Any laybys under $1000 we offer a 8 week layby. 20% deposit is required and is non refundable if you cancel at anytime.

No minimum dollar amount is required when you make payments, but you must make fortnightly payments. If your layby goes over a fortnight without a payment being made it will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Laybys over $1000 can be taken out over 16 weeks.

A 10% depost is required and id also non refundable.

The same conditions as above apply to this layby type.

Gift Vouchers

Yes you can purchase vouchers to use in store or online.

Please contact us to purchase all gift vouchers.

Can you have a gift registry?

Yes! Why not have Apple Seed Kids take care of all your baby shower gifts???

We offer either a 10% discount to your guests or you as the Mummy to be can receive a voucher to use in store with 10% of the total your guests spend in store going onto the voucher.

We even wrap all the gifts and if your local we can deliver them to your shower.

We have many people that come in that have family members overseas and would like to send a present to a child for their birthday or Christmas. We are happy to do this and therefore we do not limit the gift registry to just baby showers.
